LIDEN
ANGLING CLUB
Ever fancied going fishing and not known where to start? Well there is a special club right on your doorstep! YES on YOUR ESTATE! The Liden Lagoon is home to The Liden Angling Club.
Originally set up as the Liden Junior Angling Club over 25 years ago by experienced adult anglers, to foster & promote the sport of angling at a junior level, providing opportunities for recreation and competition.
Now, The Liden Angling Club not only caters for juniors, but has now opened up its membership to adults.
SO now the club has three sections all with the aim to promote the sport of ANGLING TO ALL!
The club meets on a Tuesday evening through the summer, with the main aim to introduce juniors and newcomers to the art of angling, in becoming proficient anglers and to also have an understanding of the wildlife and habitat around Liden Lagoon and the countryside.
The membership has three levels -
JUNIORS aged 10 16. ADULTS over sixteen. SENIOR CITIZENS & DISABLED PERSONS.
A family membership is also available for an adult & children under ten for pleasure fishing only.
